I’m so glad you are considering therapy! For some, moving forward is a hard step, especially if you haven’t been to therapy or have had negative experiences in the past. My first goal is to help you to feel supported, safe and understood so you feel confident about taking that step.
Sometimes it feels as if the past is taking over your present and you aren’t quite the person you want to be. You might feel stuck and are not sure how to move forward. I hope that working together we can figure out how to move forward one small step at a time.
